Ministry in San Juan De La Maguana
The time that we spent in the DR was pretty much awesome. We had a rare privilege to disciple the same group of children for more than a week. Because of returning from the Mountain Village, Arroyo Cano, we were able to return to our street and teach the kids how to walk in a relationship with Christ.
We originally planned to teach tree days of VBS on that street.
Day 1 God loves us so He Made us
Day 2 God Loves so he has a plan for our lives
Day 3 God loves so He Died for us
We taught these three days at every location that we went to, but here we taught three more days.
Day 4 God loves so so we must obey Him
Day 5 God Loves so we don’t need to fear
Day 6 End of Trip Party
We also played a lot with these same kids in our “off time” our girls we really great about giving up their free time to spend it with the children. The love to play baseball and Batillia which is similar to baseball but much harder, and they love to jump rope.
